Product Management Senior Advisor – Enterprise Platforms Role Summary: Join a high-impact, enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing end-to-end client financial workflows. As a Product Management Senior Advisor you will play a key role in redesigning processes, advancing data-driven decision-making, and enabling automation and AI-driven capabilities across a modern technology ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology , requiring a strong product mindset to translate complex problems into scalable, high-value solutions
What You’ll Do
- Drive Transformation & Process Design: Lead end-to-end business analysis across Finance, Operations, Accounting
- Sales Product management with ongoing support to the enterprise Redesign workflows by identifying inefficiencies, gaps
- automation opportunities Develop clear requirements, user stories
- acceptance criteria aligned to strategic goals Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities Build data models, business rules
- reporting frameworks to inform decision-making Ensure data quality and integrity across systems Enable Technology & AI Solutions: Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions Support the design of automation, AI-enabled use cases
- decision-support tools Contribute to testing efforts including UAT, validation
- defect resolution Collaborate & Influence: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomes Communicate progress, risks
- insights to senior stakeholders What You Bring: Experience: 8+ years in product manager, business analysis, data analysis
- process transformation within large organizations Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign
- automation Strong background in financial workflows and cross-functional collaboration Experience working with global teams or enterprise-scale transformations Exposure to automation, AI
- advanced analytics initiatives Experience in enterprise transformation and financial workflows Skills: Expertise in process mapping, requirements development
- workflow design Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets Proficiency in SQL, Excel
- BI tools Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions Excellent communication, facilitation
- stakeholder management skills If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,800 - 188,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
