Logistics Coordinator

Title: ASE Logistics Specialist (Secret Clearance) KBR is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Systems program. This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics activities that ensure the effective provisioning, sustainment, maintenance, and operational readiness of mission-critical systems supporting defense operations.

Roles and Responsibilities Analyze contractual documents, technical data, customer usage information, maintenance practices, operational characteristics, and related reports to determine spares provisioning, maintenance, and repair requirements.

Support logistics planning activities that enhance the distribution, availability, and sustainment of goods, supplies, spares, and mission-critical equipment. Assist with provisioning, spares management, maintenance planning, repair support, and lifecycle sustainment activities for Aircraft Survivability Equipment systems.

Monitor inventory levels, analyze logistics requirements, and support strategies to achieve required delivery timelines and operational readiness goals. Conduct distribution, network, and logistics support analyses to identify risks, improve sustainment processes, and support cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

Apply established policies, procedures, DoD standards, and logistics best practices to ensure compliance, quality control, and effective program execution. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, program leadership, engineering, supply chain, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and support mission objectives.

Provide logistics guidance and support to colleagues with less experience, serving as a resource within the assigned area of responsibility. Support customer meetings, reporting requirements, logistics reviews, and other program activities related to assigned sustainment responsibilities.

May support small projects or defined logistics workstreams with manageable risks, resource requirements, and customer-facing responsibilities. Basic Qualifications Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience Experience supporting US Navy/Department of the Navy Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting aviation, aerospace, Aircraft Survivability Equipment, or similar defense systems.

Familiarity with Integrated Product Support, lifecycle sustainment, and military maintenance operations. Experience analyzing technical data, customer usage data, maintenance practices, and logistics requirements to develop sustainment recommendations.

Prior experience working independently in a remote environment while supporting customer-facing program requirements. Experience serving as a logistics point of contact or advisory resource for internal teams, customers, or less experienced colleagues.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week. Compensation: $78K-$117,800. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
