Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is based at our Discovery Rd, Dandenong South. Great role for someone who is looking to gain deep experience in a dynamic and supportive learning environment
What You’ll Do
- Make a difference: Provide critical administrative and operational support across HR, safety, and employee relations processes that keep site operations running smoothly.
- Innovate and solve problems: Maintain accurate data, manage safety reporting systems, and support compliance and audit readiness across training, incidents, and documentation.
- Collaborate: Partner with frontline leaders to deliver timely HR/ER documentation and onboarding support.
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to improving onboarding processes, communication tools, and reporting insights across the warehouse operation.
- What You’ll Bring: Experience in HR, administration
- safety support, ideally in manufacturing, logistics
- blue-collar environments Strong systems capability, MS Office and exposure to HRIS or safety systems would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail, communication and a proactive, service-oriented mindset A Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety is desirable Partners closely with site leaders to support site-based safety and HR investigations Willingness to travel across AU Why Join ITW?
