  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, organizational design, HR strategy

  • capacity and looking at business impact) - Track record of partnering with senior business leaders to drive strategic workforce decisions - Experience in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation or AI adoption - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, scenario planning
