Security Assistance Initiative Program Analyst The Opportunity: Provide analytical and decision-making support. Support Security Assistance efforts through planning, prioritization, case lifecycle management, training, sustainment, and other Security Cooperation Office (SCO) functions.
Provide expertise on all Legislative Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) authorities. Identify capability requirements and propose solutions to address capability gaps. Support a portfolio of joint military capabilities including but not limited to ground combat systems, air defense, aviation, unmanned systems, command and control, and maritime systems.
Coordinate pre-Letter of Request (LOR) activities, LORs, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), case development, program execution, and Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) efforts for capability-based SA/SC programs. Develop and lead U.S. interagency and Allied and Partner Nation meetings to ensure SA/SC program execution.
Manage correspondence in support of Partner engagements, training events, program reviews, information papers, and routine correspondence. Enable timely responses to requests for information pertaining to Security Assistance. Support Foreign Visit Requests and International Travel Orders as needed.
Demonstrate working knowledge of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), Foreign Assistance Act (FAA), annual appropriations acts for Foreign Operations, Export, Financing and Relation Programs, and International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Temporary Duty (TDY) travel in support of mission requirements up to 30%. You Have: 7+ years of experience with U.S. Military, Civil, or Foreign Service 5+ years of experience with program or project management Experience with Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, planning processes, and software tools Experience working with Allied and Partner Nations, Department of War, or Department of State, and briefing and preparing papers for General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) or Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership Experience with Microsoft Excel, including managing large data sets and tables for analysis and presentation Knowledge of Combatant Command Campaign Plans and Country Plans Ability to independently determine focus and workflow with competing priorities and work as part of a small team under high pressure in a contested environment Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Office of Defense Cooperation, Security Cooperation Office, Combatant Command J5, or Foreign Area Officer (FAO) Experience with U.S.
MILDEP, Implementing Agency (IA), Program Executive Office (PEO), or Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Experience with Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case lifecycle management TS/SCI clearance Security Cooperation Workforce certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
