Job Purpose GSK is looking to hire a Medical Education Manager, Vaccines/Respiratory to join our Medical Affairs Team.

This role is a hybrid model and reports directly to the Medical Education Lead. As a Medical Education Manager, Vaccines/Respiratory, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall medical education strategy and tactics in collaboration with medical/commercial partners. ***INTERNAL CANDIDATES: Please submit your application by July 28, 2026*** Details (Your Responsibilities) This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following : Aligned with the asset medical strategy, develop an innovative and strategic education plan including educational/learning objectives that will help reduce healthcare gaps, meet patient/customer needs and support National and/or regional objectives Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop and implement strategic and innovative customer educational learning programs Diligent vendor management to ensure programs are delivered on budget and on time while being consistent with program objectives and compliance guidelines Collaborate with medical and commercial colleagues to gather insights and ensure appropriate dissemination of learning/educational content via a tailored omnichannel approach Work with the medical team to create tools and approaches for multi-channel/omnichannel scientific engagements Lead development of educational materials for congresses and medical education programs in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders Plan, organize, and execute medical education programs, including regional and national speaker tours, symposia, conferences, online modules and other interventions as needed Work with field teams and cross functional partners to ensure optimal field implementation for our educational programs ensuring alignment to external and internal requirements Contribute to initiatives above educational planning such as brand planning, design and provide expertise for all educational initiatives.

Attend national/regional and major related therapeutic area conferences as needed Supports In-Field Medical education activities by coordinating & supporting Field Staff in the execution of events in a timely manner and in adherence to internal policies.

Keep abreast of scientific literature/clinical data relating to therapeutic area. Collaborate with and provide expert-level CME/learning program consultation and support to internal and external stakeholders Manage Third Party Agencies efficiently: set clear expectations, timelines, optimal quotes, close follow-up, ensure corporate presence and ownership of project, debriefing on project, and tight budget management.

Monitor environment for new trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, evolving business and educational needs, incorporate these findings into the development of education strategies and programs, and provide ongoing communication of these relevant findings to Brand Teams, and Field teams Ensure appropriate accreditation and/or endorsement of selected programs Ensure learning and educational programs are aligned with IMC and internal GSK compliance requirements Manage the medical education budget to generate maximal impact: expenses, accruals, phasing, potential variances, and recommended actions Insight generation through field, commercial and medical collaboration and through data analysis that brings actionable items to improve the Medical Education strategy.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BSc or MSc (PhD, PharmD, MD an asset) 3+ years of Medical Education or Adult Learning principles especially with a focus on omnichannel and/or digital/asynchronous projects Strong knowledge of respiratory therapeutic area or Med Affairs experience an asset Demonstrated experience working with medical education agencies and accrediting bodies and physician organizations Leading and managing complex projects an asset In depth knowledge of IMC code and internal compliance policies and procedures Skills Cross-Functional Leadership, Digital Fluency, Enterprise Thinking, High Impact Communication, Launch Excellence, Patient Impact In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices.

The annual compensation for this role is CAD124,000 to CAD174,000 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
