Shift assignments or hours are subject to change based on business need. *Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues. *Provision, Deploy

- High school or equivalent diploma - 2+ years of technical support experience - 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment - CCENT or equivalent level networking certification
