Responsible for designing scalable, secure and high performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. This job leads enterprise-wide architectural initiatives and provides expert guidance on complex technology solutions.
It directs the development of comprehensive frameworks while orchestrating large-scale architectural transformations. The job synthesizes business requirements into innovative architectural solutions that advance enterprise digital transformation goals.
Job Description Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce Solution Architecture ensuring most efficient solution is designed and implemented to meet business needs. Partner with stakeholders across business units; lead, influence and guide teams in Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Architecting complex enterprise solutions incorporating data, BSS/OSS, and identity management systems while providing strategic architectural guidance Leading development of comprehensive architectural frameworks and standards to address sophisticated business requirements and technological challenges Directing enterprise-wide architectural initiatives through detailed analysis of system integrations, data flows, and cross-platform dependencies Establishing architectural governance processes and design principles to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives Orchestrating implementation of large-scale architectural transformations while mentoring teams on architectural best practices and emerging technologies Synthesizing business requirements into innovative architectural solutions that optimize system performance, scalability, and integration capabilities Spearheading development of enterprise product roadmaps and technology strategies through collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams Evaluating emerging technologies and architectural patterns to recommend strategic improvements aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals Championing architectural standards and practices across the organization while facilitating knowledge transfer between technical and business teams Formulating comprehensive cost estimates and resource plans for complex enterprise architecture initiatives through detailed analysis and stakeholder input Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, with proven success in designing and delivering complex enterprise implementations.
- Hands-on experience across a range of Salesforce products - including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Committed to ongoing learning and expanding expertise.
- Ability to balance business acumen with technical depth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns and integrations.
- Experience with API integrations and data migration for large Salesforce implementations.
