- Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced V&V Strategist to define and lead end-to-end Verification & Validation strategies for next-generation automotive systems. The role focuses on driving automation, continuous testing
- functional safety compliance while enabling scalable and efficient V&V practices across global teams. Vehicle Level Testing Strategy experience is preferred and new Vehicle scenarios to be established. Key Responsibilities Define and implement V&V strategy across system, integration
- component levels Establish scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines (nightly, weekly, regression) Drive innovation and efficiency in V&V through tools, processes
- new technologies Collaborate with global stakeholders to align V&V practices and ensure high-quality delivery Ensure compliance with automotive standards, including ISO 26262 Mentor teams and build V&V competency through structured training and guidance Required Skills & Expertise Strong experience in automotive V&V, including ADAS systems Expertise in safety, security
- degradation testing Proven track record in test automation framework development Experience with CI/CT tools: Jenkins, Azure Cloud, GitHub Certifications (Preferred)ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Analyst / Technical)Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 lifecycle and compliance Experience and knowhow of Security Testing and standards Knowledge of ASPICE practices and assessments is an advantage Success Metrics (KPIs)Increase in test automation coverage (%)Reduction in defect leakage to higher test levels / production Improvement in test execution cycle time (CI/CT efficiency)Compliance with functional safety and quality standards Team capability growth and skill development outcomes
