This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, as well as business acumen and the ability to work with various tech/product teams across ES Operations and ES Business. Operations Manager will support the org by owning complex reporting and automating reporting solutions

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.
