Job Title Analyst, SMB Product Commercialization About your role: As an Analyst, SMB Product Commercialization, you will support commercialization strategy for small business solutions across strategic partnerships in retail and restaurant channels.
You will work with product, sales, partnership, and leadership teams to analyze market trends, develop commercialization materials, and support launch planning. Your work will help expand how small businesses access integrated solutions such as Clover in a competitive and evolving market.
Expectations are high - you will need to develop influence through partnership with internal teams. The role has potential to expand based on your performance
What You'll Do
- Market Landscape & Trend Analysis Directly support Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in driving access to Retail distribution of SMB products Support Analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes
- consumer behaviors to support product commercialization strategies - leveraging research reports, etc.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to small business payments and other capabilities Identify market opportunities, competitors, and gaps in the market that Fiserv can address Analyze historical data and forecast future market trends to inform SMB positioning, including by verticals Review Retail Marketplaces and Merchandising opportunities where Clover products align Commercialization Enablement Develop and create visually appealing slides and decks to support product commercialization efforts, leverage and produce input into team slide template Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and information for inclusion in presentations, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Management Committee updates, client presentations and sales enablement Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
- requires high emotional IQ and proactive engagement Assist in the development and execution of SMB launch plans through effective communication materials Provide support to teams with ad-hoc requests for data analysis, reporting, presentation prep and event support (as needed) Manage existing client relationships within Retail and Restaurant Partnerships, and develop new relationships within those industries Experience you'll need to have: 6+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, product commercialization, management consulting, financial technology, merchandising, or a related business function supporting go-to-market decisions. 6+ years of experience conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and translating findings into presentation materials, launch support, or business recommendations. 6+ years of experience developing reporting, dashboards, financial analyses, or executive presentations using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar business tools. 6+ years of experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving partner management, stakeholder coordination, or product launch activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Experience that would be great to have: Experience supporting commercialization for payment, commerce, or small business technology solutions.
- Experience working with retail or restaurant partners, marketplaces, or merchandising organizations.
- Experience using data to evaluate revenue, margin, channel growth, or adoption performance.
- Master's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.

- Salary Range $120,000.00 - $198,000.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
- Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
