This role ensures the seamless execution of educational live lectures on YouTube, acting as the bridge between AMBOSS and our lecturers.
By managing the technical setup, hosting sessions, and handling post-lecture workflows (video archival and contract management), this position directly impacts the quality of our content delivery and lecturer experience, ultimately supporting our mission to empower medical professionals.
You will: Coordinate technical onboarding and audio/video checks with guest speakers to ensure a smooth event experience. Host and support live virtual sessions, proactively monitoring the technical setup and troubleshooting when needed. Organize and maintain post-event recordings, media assets, and documentation for easy access and future reference.
Manage the end-to-end digital contract administration process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. You bring: Flexibility to support webinars scheduled at varying times, with availability of approximately 2 hours per week.
Confidence using virtual event tools, including YouTube Live and Google Meet. Strong English plus German communication skills (B2–C1), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing digital contract administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues during live sessions while remaining calm under pressure. You enjoy: Enjoy working in a structured and well-organized environment.
