This role supports the planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of financial impacts related to client contractual pricing activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong finance or analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Underwriting teams to develop annual budgets by gathering business inputs, analyzing financial performance, and building financial models to support planning and decision-making. Conduct complex analyses of large datasets containing client contract and pricing information to quantify the financial impact of contractual pricing changes for forecasting and budgeting purposes.

Ensure data integrity through validation, anomaly detection, and refinement of underlying assumptions and models. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data quality, and improve the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasts.

Own the allocation and distribution of financial impacts across Retail, Specialty, and Mail channels, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and alignment with business objectives. Drive continuous improvements in budgeting methodologies, data collection processes, analytical frameworks, and reporting capabilities to support more effective financial planning and decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly to business partners and leadership.

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive change and lead key initiatives. Strong process improvement capabilities focused on increasing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.

Experience consolidating, analyzing, and communicating financial results, forecasts, and performance trends. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in Finance or a related field (e.g. Accounting, Analytics) 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years relevant FP&A experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries Experience analyzing large data sets Experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a plus Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required Finance, Accounting or similar degree preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
