SAP-IBP Configurator & Developer Description - We are looking for a SAP-IBP Configurator & Developer who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our supply chain planning solutions, including Forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization.
You will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to align the IT strategy with the business goals and deliver innovative and scalable solutions. You will also collaborate with team of IT professionals across different regions and ensure the quality, performance, and security of our systems and data.
Responsibilities Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and priorities. Lead the implementation of SAP IBP as the core platform for supply chain planning, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to testing and deployment.
Manage the integration of SAP IBP with other systems and applications, s uch as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and related third-party tools. Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the existing supply chain planning systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor and a key point of contact for IT-related matters. Monitor and report on the IT performance, risks, and issues, and ensure compliance with the IT policies, standards, and best practices. 'Thought leadership’ - understands supply chain planning trends, brings external perspectives, industry standards, best practices across different domains, redefines architecture and positions HP for future.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field Minimum 6-8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Developer - Candidates with lesser experience should not apply.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex IT projects, preferably in the supply chain planning domain. Extensive experience with SAP IBP, EBW & CIDS including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
Knowledge of real time integration (RTI), harmonized planning area, order based planning etc. Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies, such as Kinaxis, O9 etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Justification SAP-IBP Configurator & Developer role has been created to align to new planning organization structure. Supply chain planning portfolio has gone through a phase of transformation / significant investments last few years - in tandem, IT organization needs to be 'right staffed' to support key business partners, stakeholders and enhance credibility of planning IT.
A thought leadership role is needed to drive next generation architecture, future roadmap, industry standards to position HP for market competitiveness.
