Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, time and cost estimates for full-stack solutions Manage all phases of software development: design, coding, testing, deployment
- support Build microservices, API gateways, integration flows
- modular service components Implement CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Harness
- Git-based workflows Write automation scripts and configuration tasks using Ansible Deploy and optimize applications on Linux/Windows servers and containerized environments Troubleshoot complex issues across application, networking, OS, API
- data layers Provide architectural guidance, define best practices
- enforce coding standards Work closely with business users, product owners
- engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Recommend and implement security measures, ensuring secure design and deployment Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team Produce clear documentation, operational runbooks
- technical design artifacts Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development
- establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing
- implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process
- make evaluative judgement Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions
- install and assist customer exposure systems Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices

Qualifications
- 8+years of relevant experience Strong experience with Node.js
- Python for back-end and services development Development and consumption of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices patterns Knowledge of MongoDB, NoSQL/SQL databases, data modeling, indexing
- performance optimization Experience with containers (Docker), container orchestration basics Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD systems including Tekton, Harness, Git-based pipelines Ability to build automated deployments, environment provisioning
- packaging Experience with Ansible for configuration management, automation scripts
- infra-as-code tasks Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating environments Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancers, firewalls, routing, ports, protocols, etc.) Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, performance tuning
- memory management Strong debugging and problem-resolution skills across UI, backend, APIs
- infrastructure layers Experience implementing application security, authentication, authorization
