About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Release Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in driving end‑to‑end delivery and release execution for our Regulated Messaging platforms, supporting critical services for regulated users. These platforms span enterprise archive, electronic communications surveillance, identity and entitlements, data feed onboarding and migration, and voice recording, forming a key part of our regulatory and operational backbone.
In this role, you will lead the coordination of complex delivery across multiple engineering and product teams, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with SDLC standards, enterprise controls, and regulatory expectations, while maintaining predictability and quality at scale.
You will work in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and third‑party vendors, playing a central role in ensuring releases are well‑governed, compliant, and production‑ready
In This Role, You Will
- Lead delivery through strategic decision-making, resolving coordination issues across products to meet deliverables Identify and drive strategies for product planning, dependency coordination
- delivery performance improvement, coordinating planning, sequencing
- execution across multiple teams Maintain release plans, milestones, delivery artefacts

- regulatory requirements Act as a coach for Agile and Product ways of working, fostering a culture of talent development, continuous improvement
- supporting post-release review and lessons learned Manage allocation of people and financial resources to meet commitments and align with strategic Technology Delivery objectives Required Qualifications: Digital product management experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education Desired Qualifications: Experience delivering or supporting regulated communications platforms, including archive, surveillance, retention
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC, release management, and technology risk controls.
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks impacting electronic communications (e.g., FCA, PRA, MiFID II, SEC 17a‑4).
- Experience managing vendor‑delivered technology or platform implementations.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with experience managing delivery risks and dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing delivery updates and governance materials.
