Amazon is seeking a motivated, creative
mission-driven communications professional to support Amazon Leo. This is a unique opportunity to shape the comms strategy for one of Amazon’s most ambitious new initiatives
to have a positive, lasting impact on customers and communities around the world. Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite internet network. Its mission is to provide fast, reliable internet to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. The system is built around a constellation of thousands of satellites in orbit around the planet
will serve a wide range of customers globally, from individual households and small businesses to large enterprise and government customers. In your role, you will lead core product communications for Amazon Leo. You will be responsible for developing messaging and content, engaging directly with media and other key stakeholders, executing successful announcements and campaigns that span earned, owned
scaling programs for global audiences. You will work closely with product and marketing -- as well as other cross-functional teams -- to shape this strategy. As a key advisor to the business, you must demonstrate excellent judgment, an ability to earn trust with various internal stakeholders
a willingness to dive deep into complex topics. You must also be able to clearly articulate ideas in both written and verbal communications, anticipate potential issues and headwinds for the business
effectively advocate for decisions that protect the long-term interests of Amazon and its customers. Along the way, you will have a chance to shape the long-term vision for one of Amazon's most exciting new ventures
have a direct impact for tens of millions of customers around the world. Key job responsibilities - Drive announcements and launches for Leo consumer products and services - Build and execute proactive communications campaigns to build consumer awareness of Amazon Leo - Drive proactive and reactive engagement with relevant media, analysts and influencers - Develop high-quality content for earned, owned
social channels - Build and execute managed product reviews program - Anticipate and manage potential reputational issues - Develop and manage mechanisms to help scale Leo product communications globally
10+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience - Bachelor's degree

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications
