Treasury Analysis Senior Analyst - Unclaimed Property Due Diligence Join our Treasury team as a Treasury Analysis Senior Analyst supporting the organizations U.S. unclaimed property compliance process. In this role, you will responsible for executing due diligence mailings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with property resolution in accordance with U.S. state regulations.

You will partner with the Treasury Data and Technology Enablement team and internal business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of unclaimed property due diligence activities. Responsibilities Analyze data to identify items that may be subject to U.S. unclaimed property laws based on dormancy rules and state requirements.

Prepare, review, and issue due diligence letters to property owners in line with state rules and internal procedures. Monitor owner responses, shared mailboxes, workflow queues, and tracking tools to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Research account history, payment records, and transaction details to validate ownership, respond to inquiries, and resolve claim issues.

Process replacement check or payment reissue requests and document no-liability or resolved cases when no further action is needed. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of correspondence, tickets, actions taken, and final outcomes. Collaborate with Treasury and business teams to support claim validation, state filing preparation, reporting, and audit requests.

Communicate status updates, errors, and escalations clearly to Treasury leadership and matrix partners. Support Standard Operating Procedure documentation and recommend improvements that enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer service.

Qualifications Required 2 years of experience in customer service, treasury operations, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with phone calls and email responses.

Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information with care and sound judgment. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines while staying aligned with U.S. stakeholders. Strong research, problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Familiarity with U.S. unclaimed property laws, due diligence processes, or state filing requirements. Experience using workflow or case management platforms, such as ServiceNow or Salesforce. Experience documenting SOPs, supporting audits, or improving finance or compliance processes.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 61,300 - 102,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
