Performance Analysis Engineer

Responsibilities

• This role focuses on AI inference runtime characteristics, producing data-driven analysis and meaningful insights that influence future edge AI technologies across CPU, GPU, and NPU-class architectures.
• This role would suit someone who enjoys understanding how AI workloads behave across hardware and software systems
• who uses data-driven analysis to help guide future improvements You will work closely with hardware architects and software engineers to: Collaborate with the team to investigate and understand AI inference workloads on real-world use cases Develop evaluation and analysis workflows that provide insights into system behaviour Investigate opportunities to improve efficiency and understand where these can be demonstrated Evaluate inference runtimes, toolchains
• deployment frameworks across heterogeneous compute architectures Share insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Required Skills and Experience: University degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering
• related scientific subject Software development experience in languages such as Python or C++ 'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience: A curiosity about how software behaves across hardware systems An interest in AI model inference on next-generation devices We value curiosity, teamwork
