Key Responsibilities Develop, engineer, and deploy technical network solutions to meet defined system and customer requirements. Implement and maintain network infrastructure in accordance with technical standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with team members to support evolving and shifting network requirements. Support network implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities in operational environments. Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues and support resolution efforts as needed.
Qualifications Required Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph Bachelor's degree Minimum of 15 years relevant experience Experience developing, deploying, or maintaining network solutions in a professional environment. Demonstrated knowledge of network implementation and deployment concepts.
Recent experience building, deploying, or maintaining Cisco-based networks, devices, or tools . Experience working with commercial networking technologies and COTS solutions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment providing technical input and support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to document network configurations, designs, and procedures. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Experience supporting network operations in a government or defense contracting environment.
Familiarity with network security principles and best practices. Work Environment Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal 0–20% Working Hours: Standard Basic Compensation: $172,900 to $211,400 This range is for the Virginia area only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
