- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Material Science
- one year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Material Science
- a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. One year of experience in performing reliability engineering for consumer electronics, utilizing reliability statistics or tests
- demonstrating an understanding of consumer electronics to influence design for reliability. One year of experience using MATLAB, with skills in image processing, camera experience
- performing data collection and analysis. One year of experience in experimental design and execution skills, with the ability to define test methodology and test coverage to assure product reliability. One year of experience identifying and validating product risks
- working collaboratively with design teams to mitigate them.
