We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in cultivating their career focused on advancing the Medtronic Mission. The Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives across the newly created ICT (Interventional Cardiology Therapies) business.
This role uniquely spans both an established, high-impact portfolios and an emerging, high-growth renal denervation business—offering the opportunity to balance scale, innovation, and speed while helping shape how these businesses show up in the market.
A Day in the Life: Lead integrated marketing execution for US customer programs, ensuring strong alignment to business objectives and downstream activation. Plan and execute promotional support for major US congresses and events, including coordination of messaging, channels, and timelines.
Manage paid digital media initiatives, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance review. Oversee media placements and promotions with media vendor, partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, education, analytics, agencies, and creative partners to deliver integrated, high-quality programs. Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across both business initiatives. Translate business needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables, managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
Contribute to additional integrated marketing initiatives as needed based on evolving priorities. Core integrated marketing responsibilities: Develops and implements enterprise-wide integrated marketing programs aligned to brand and business objectives.
Leverages paid, owned, earned, and shared channels to deliver cohesive, omni-channel marketing experiences. Partners cross-functionally to align strategy, execution, and measurement across stakeholders. Uses data, insights, and performance metrics to inform optimization and continuous improvement.
Ensures adherence to corporate processes, compliance requirements, and brand standards. Responsibilities may include those listed and other duties may be assigned Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree 4+ years of relevant marketing experience (or 2 years with an advanced degree) Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing or downstream activation programs Hands-on experience with paid media planning, execution, and performance measurement Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Proven ability to operate effectively in both structured environments and ambiguous, fast-evolving business contexts Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships across teams For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$94,400.00 - $141,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
