YOUR NEW ROLE To provide deep technical experience and knowledge for the Staff Identity Engineering team and the myID asset in the following areas: Full stack developer to design and build microservices and mini apps Servicing of colleagues requests for access and identity Design of enhancements for the myID system, both functional and operational Development, testing and deployment enhancements for the myID system Provide operational support for the myID system Continuously improve the functionality, operation, performance and capacity of the my ID system using all possible methods including automation, process re-engineering and robotics Ensure requests for access and other identity-related requests are processed efficiently and within the required SLAs Support and operate the myID system, including provision of on call support Continuously improve the myID platform and it’s operational environment Design, build and deploy myID solutions to meet the requirements provided by project teams and others Contribute to development project related activities and meetings to support delivery of project objectives Perform technical problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to determine options and solutions for defects, issues and improvements in the myID system and related customisations and subsystems WHAT YOU WILL BRING Sustain own professional development and ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
