  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with product managers; ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and sequenced for delivery

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, quality, procurement and finance teams

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning -
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and manufacturing processes (inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, staging, replenishment, production planning, shop floor execution, work orders, quality management)
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA - project management certification such as PMP, Scrum
  • other Agile certification - Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines
