Within HPE, our Operations, Legal and Admin teams work across the business, providing visible accountability and measurable outcomes. Join us redefine what’s next for you. Job Family Definition: Analyzes customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan. Designs and develops written and/or visual product-related information – hard copy, web - (e.g., user/configuration/troubleshooting guides), and online information (interactive demos, help systems) integrated into product, for a variety of audiences (end user, system administrators, internal support engineers, product developers, training developers).

Codes, builds, compiles, and tests online information and/or sets-up, loads and tests systems hardware to create information deliverables and provide feedback on ease of use and user interfaces to product development. As customer advocate, helps define/refine product requirements.

Develops standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel. Interfaces with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team, such as marketing, test, support, and manufacturing.

Management Level Definition: Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful.

Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualizes, builds, develops, and enhances a clients’ analytical models.
  • Determines the right modeling methodology for the use case, available structured and unstructured data, cost and timing constraints to solve the large and complex business issues and delivers compelling and clear business focused insights.
  • Design and engineer application solutions.
  • Can work with multiple databases and big data solutions.
  • Standardize ELT, BI, governance, and analytics.
  • Technically lead, design, develop distributed, high-throughput, low-latency, and highly available solutions.
  • Understand business requirement to build reliable application solutions.
  • Work with the data engineering team to develop & maintain data pipelines.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements and tools to automate data processing and ensure data integrity while meeting data security standards.
  • Develop tools for better discovery and consumption of data.
  • Work with data scientists and the business analytics team to assist in data ingestion and data-related technical issues.
  • What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required: Typically a first-level university degree in technical communications, computer science
  • a related technical/communications field and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience or an advanced university degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of tools and technologies relevant throughout the division or across divisions.
  • Represents the company in professional associations, e.g., STC, ASM-SIGDOC, IEEE, and technology standards committees such as the DocBook Standards Committee.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Expert Python Expert SQL Expert ETL/ELT Expert Visual Studio Source Control GIT/TFS Relational Databases Data Mart/Warehousing Data Modeling Power BI/Qlik Understanding of big data environments (Hadoop, Kafka, Hive, spark) Knowledge of Celonis is a plus.
