KBR is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management The Stakeholder Engagement team member serves as a key liaison between the services, OSW, and industry stakeholders to support the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Test Resource Management Center's Digital Engineering Environment (Fusion Forge).
This position is responsible for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration across functional areas, identifying stakeholder needs and priorities, and ensuring that digital engineering initiatives align with organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will drive engagement strategies that promote stakeholder awareness, participation, and commitment throughout the planning, development, deployment, and sustainment of the Digital Engineering Environment. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy supporting the Digital Engineering Environment.
Identify, analyze, and maintain stakeholder groups, interests, influence levels, and engagement requirements. Build trusted relationships with leadership, program teams, engineering organizations, operational users, and supporting functions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholder communications related to digital engineering initiatives. Facilitate collaboration across diverse organizations to achieve alignment on priorities, requirements, and implementation approaches.
Communication and Change Management Develop communication plans, briefing materials, presentations, and engagement products that support stakeholder understanding and adoption. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, forums, and working groups.
Communicate program objectives, milestones, risks, and accomplishments to various audiences. Support organizational change management activities associated with digital transformation initiatives. Gather stakeholder feedback and ensure concerns are addressed and incorporated into planning activities.
Requirements and Capability Development Elicit and document stakeholder needs, operational requirements, and desired outcomes. Translate stakeholder objectives into actionable recommendations for technical and program teams. Support prioritization of capabilities, enhancements, and implementation activities.
Facilitate consensus-building among stakeholders with competing priorities. Governance and Program Support Support governance boards, steering committees, and decision-making forums. Track stakeholder actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
