Resolve complex network and telephony protocol challenges, provide authoritative technical direction that shapes team strategy, and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights. Mentor engineering talent to elevate team capabilities, build strategic partnerships, and drive technical and business strategy by setting team priorities and defining approaches that deliver measurable results. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field and five years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) Voice and Data communications protocols with advanced VoIP/SIP
- (2) network architecture and telephony systems design
- (3) experience architecting and managing telephony routing systems including SBCs, media gateways, routing engines, and open-source VoIP platforms
- (4) diagnose and resolve complex voice quality, DTMF, and signaling issues across enterprise-scale telecom networks
- (5) translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, implementing robust cloud architecture frameworks, and driving operational efficiency through automation and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
