- games. It is just Day 1 for Amazon devices and we are looking for proven, customer-centric product leaders to help continue to innovate and grow our device business. The Product Manager will drive business growth and monetization strategies across our product portfolio for a key part of our business. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives
- optimizing revenue opportunities. This leader will build and manage strategic marketing programs, analyze market dynamics
- create compelling value propositions that resonate with customers. Key responsibilities include developing monetization frameworks, creating offerings and high-impact marketing campaigns
- establishing metrics-driven approaches to measure success. The role requires close collaboration with product, sales
- engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of revenue targets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in product marketing, business strategy
- monetization models. They should have a proven track record of launching successful products, developing pricing strategies
- driving revenue growth. Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen are essential, as this leader will need to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for enterprise customers. This is a strategic leadership role that requires both hands-on execution and the ability to influence across multiple teams. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration. Key job responsibilities Define and drive flywheel strategy and roadmap, translating broad opportunities into clear, executable initiatives - Influence and shape business strategy through data-driven insights that balance customer needs with long-term business impact - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, particularly in ambiguous or emerging areas where strategy is still being formed - Establish and own cross-org mechanisms (e.g., QBRs, roadmap reviews, goal alignment) to drive visibility, accountability
- execution across teams - Build and manage strong partnerships across Amazon, aligning incentives and driving shared outcomes with partner teams - Identify, synthesize
- apply emerging trends in gaming, media, consumer apps
- technology to inform product direction
- 3+ years of product management experience - Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
