Job Summary Provides strategic HR leadership for the Midwest Region, supporting Technical Operations, Network, Construction, and Finance organizations across multiple states and three Vice Presidents. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent, organizational, and workforce strategies with business objectives to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and business performance.
Partners closely with leaders to develop and execute strategies related to workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, change management, employee relations, labor relations, and talent management.
Leverages data-driven insights to influence decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Leads the execution of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, support transformational change, and position the organization for long-term success.
Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional business results. Job Description Responsibilities: Serves as a strategic business partner to Vice Presidents and leadership teams, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
Partners with leaders to develop organizational structures, talent strategies, and succession plans that support current and future business needs. Leads change management efforts associated with organizational redesigns, business transformation initiatives, workforce adjustments, and cultural evolution.
Uses workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend solutions that improve performance and employee experience. Coaches leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent development.
Provides guidance and direction regarding disciplinary actions, investigations, policy interpretation, and complex employee relations matters. Partners with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Collaborates with Centers of Excellence to execute talent management, learning and development, compensation, engagement, and inclusion initiatives. Drives talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth processes to strengthen organizational capability.
Supports labor relations strategy and execution, including interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements where applicable. Develops and implements communication and engagement strategies that foster transparency, inclusion, and strong organizational culture.
Monitors employee engagement metrics and feedback, recommending and implementing action plans that improve organizational health and retention. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Leads and develops HR team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. Maintains HR systems and workforce data integrity to support effective decision-making and business planning. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and travel as business needs require. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills Collaboration, Human Resources (HR), Leadership Training and Development, Performance Management (PM) Compensation Primary Location Pay Range: $136,496.65 - $204,744.97 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
