Lead Wealth Underwriting Assistant - Banking Lending & Trust

In This Role, You Will

• Provide advanced lending support services in operations and customer service to credit teams and external clients.
• Ensure proper tracking and portfolio monitoring on an ongoing basis for compliance, documentation exceptions, financial statement collection
• past due payment follow up, answering questions and solving problems involving custom lending systems and processes.
• Collaborates with other BL & T partner groups to research and resolve the most complex credit issues and client problems.
• Support performance and overall effectiveness of a team and cross-group administrative operations within Wealth Underwriting functional area Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives within Wealth Underwriting functional area that require planning, evaluation and interpretation Prioritize work and provide day to day leadership and mentorship to a Wealth Underwriting team Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among multiple teams Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to an immediate team and Wealth Underwriting functional area on a wide range of information Required Qualifications: 4 + years of Wealth Underwriting support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Wealth management experience, preferred custom banking knowledge and client services Experience supporting and maintaining wealth credit portfolio management accounts Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information Experience handling complex transactions on multiple systems Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong data entry and attention to detail skills Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to develop and manage business relationships Solid problem-solving skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data Ability to process complex transactions across multiple systems Knowledge CATools (Credit Analysis Tool), AFS, and Hogan Tableau experience Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment Job Locations: 550 S Tryon, Charlotte, NC 28202 90 S 7th St, Minneapolis MN 55402 2700 S Price Rd, Chandler AZ 85286 2710 Pine St E Bldg, St Louis MO 63103 801 Walnut Street
