- We are seeking a talented attorney to support the rapid growth and evolution of Amazon Ads. You will work directly with your business partners on a broad range of product matters relating to emerging technologies. Principal duties will include: - Helping launch innovative new products and services. - Conducting legal review of program features
- customer-facing launch plans. - Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ranging from standard commercial contracts to strategic deals. - Resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, including data use and privacy. - Handling regulatory contacts and advising on regulatory matters. - Thinking outside the box! - 5+ years of legal experience - 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy
- bias prevention - Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
