As a foundational member of a newly established team, you will help define how Talent Acquisition leverages technology, data, insights, and operational excellence to drive hiring outcomes across the enterprise.

What You Will Do Lead Recruiting Technology & CRM Optimization: Serve as the primary TA business owner for the recruiting CRM platform, drive adoption, governance, enhancements, training, releases, and vendor partnership. Deliver Recruiting Insights & Analytics: Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and actionable insights using recruiting and Workday data.
Drive Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence: Improve workflows, document processes, support automation, and implement scalable solutions. Support Talent Intelligence & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to talent intelligence projects, workforce insights, and enterprise initiatives.

Gain exposure to recruiting operations, technology, analytics, process transformation, and talent intelligence. What You Will Bring Experience supporting Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, People Analytics, or related functions.
Experience supporting recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, ATS platforms, or other HR technology solutions. Experience with Workday reporting and recruiting data. Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and business insights.
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements. Advanced Excel skills and strong stakeholder management skills. Experience operating in collaborative environments where processes, technology, or operating models are being built, improved, or transformed.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with recruiting CRM platforms and candidate engagement technologies. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience supporting high-volume, multi-location recruiting environments. Work Location This position is based in Irving, Texas, and follows a work schedule with four days per week in the office and one day per week working remotely.
