Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end OTC processes , including: Inquiry → Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Billing → Payment Configure and support: Pricing (Condition techniques, pricing procedures, rebates) Output determination Credit management Shipping & delivery processing Billing (Invoices, Credit/Debit memos) Work on customer master data , material master
- partner functions Design and implement sales document types, item categories
- schedule line categories Manage intercompany sales & third-party processes Work with returns, free goods, consignment
- service billing Troubleshoot production issues and support business users ✅ Variant Configuration (VC) Design and implement Variant Configuration models for customizable products Develop: Characteristics & Classes Dependencies (Preconditions, Procedures, Constraints) Object dependencies and configuration profiles Work with BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routings Configure: Super BOM and Super Routing Class types (300) Integrate VC with SD sales order process (CU50, VA01 configuration) Resolve VC-related inconsistencies and performance issues Support advanced variant configuration (AVC) if applicable (S/4HANA) ✅ Integration & Cross-Functional Work Collaborate with: MM (Material Management) – inventory & procurement PP (Production Planning) – BOM, routings FI/CO – billing, revenue recognition Work on IDOCs, interfaces
