Position Summary The Senior Mental Health Parity Analyst will support and manage the completion of Mental Health Parity requirements from initiation through completion to ensure timely and accurate delivery according to business and regulatory specifications.

This role works closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to gather, validate, analyze, and document data used in Mental Health Parity narratives and submissions. The position is responsible for securing required resources and utilizing formal processes and tools to manage project resources, risks, timelines, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities / Job Duties Partner with the Mental Health Parity Program Manager and project teams to support parity initiatives and deliverables. Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources Develop and maintain Mental Health Parity narratives and supporting documentation.

Support Mental Health Parity submissions and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain required data and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Track project milestones, risks, and action items while supporting project execution.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of all documentation and reporting. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably supporting Mental Health Parity, healthcare compliance, regulatory reporting, pharmacy operations, or related healthcare functions.

Adept problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Growth mindset with demonstrated agility and a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, tracking, and supporting project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications Mental Health Parity pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Pharmacy, PBM, pharmacy operations, or pharmacy compliance experience preferred. Experience preparing parity analyses, narratives, or compliance documentation.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reporting requirements. Experience working with Salesforce to gather, manage, and analyze data. Education Bachelor's degree preferred. Specialized training, certification, or relevant professional qualifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
