  • Amazon Pay is building India's most trusted destination for financial products. As an Associate Marketing Manager for Insurance & Wealth you will own end-to-end campaign execution across channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement for motor insurance, health insurance, and fixed deposit products. This is a high-intensity, high-learning role where you will operate at the intersection of data, creativity, and customer obsession — shipping campaigns weekly, running experiments daily, and directly impacting millions of customers across one of India's fastest-growing fintech platforms. This role is tactical with strategic exposure. You will execute with precision while learning to think like a strategist. Key job responsibilities Traffic & Channel Ownership Own all traffic drivers for Insurance and FD — onsite merchandising, search, social, push, and performance marketing. Serve as category advocate with central traffic teams to maximize visibility. Deep expertise in channel optimization mechanics. Audit the funnel weekly/monthly, flagging gaps and surfacing levers to close shortfalls against topline goals. Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, push, in-app, social, and onsite to drive acquisition and policy/FD issuance. Own end-to-end GTM for new product and multi-insurer launches — messaging, creative briefing, channel planning, and post-launch analysis. Define category style guidelines, merchandising calendar, and partner-funded promotion packages. Partner & Stakeholder Management Build relationships with insurance partners (ACKO, ICICI Lombard, HDFC ERGO, Go Digit) and FD partners to negotiate competitive offers and cashbacks. Share performance data, iterate on offer structures to improve conversion and customer value. Coordinate with legal/compliance for timely approvals aligned to IRDAI and RBI guidelines. Customer Growth & Lifecycle Plan merchandising across homepage, Pay dashboard, search, push, and WhatsApp for leads and renewals. Own retargeting and upsell strategies for new launches and existing customers. Analyze cohorts to identify growth levers and lifecycle-stage opportunities. Experimentation & Brand Partnerships Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive experiments on partner-funded offers and influencer marketing. Run weblabs — design changes, copy variations, new interventions — to continuously improve conversion and customer experience. Analytics & Performance Optimization Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights, optimize spend, and improve lead visit rate, conversion, activation, and CPA. Conduct in-depth program effectiveness analyses, driving continuous improvement through data-driven iteration. Planning & Leadership Communication Own planning for category marketing P0 metrics, ensuring alignment between marketing and business outcomes. Present to senior management with clear, data-backed narratives on performance, strategy, and recommendations. Manage the marketing calendar, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely campaign delivery aligned with seasonal events, promotional windows, and product milestones. A day in the life Morning: You're in the dashboards — diagnosing funnel leaks, flagging gaps to topline, and reprioritizing spend before the day gets loud. By mid-morning, you're in a creative review shaping launch assets, then in a room with Product aligning messaging for a feature drop. Afternoon shifts gears: deep in cohort data one hour, designing an insurer-funded offer experiment the next, then presenting a post-mortem to senior leadership — root causes, not excuses
