As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will help translate complex data into forward-looking perspectives that inform strategic direction and operational outcomes. In an environment of increasing analytical complexity and growing reliance on data-driven decision-making, this position requires a highly capable consultant who can operate with independence, technical depth, and strong problem-solving acumen.
You will design and deliver scalable, rigorous analytics solutions while maintaining consistency, quality, and adaptability across multiple workstreams. As part of the Decision Intelligence team, you will act as a strategic data partner to Technology executives—developing insights, scenarios, and executive narratives that drive enterprise-level decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of domain expertise, data engineering, advanced analytics, and storytelling. Beyond analysis, you will be accountable for ensuring insights are credible, actionable, and clearly framed for senior stakeholders.
You will also play a key role in strengthening the analytics talent pipeline by elevating team capability, increasing delivery capacity, and reducing reliance on senior-level escalation for routine execution
In This Role, You Will
- Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions
- other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth
- minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters
- operations reviews Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues
- mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead projects, teams
- serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors Required Qualifications 5+ years of Analytics experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Ability to translate business questions into structured analytics, including hypothesis development, metric definition
- data-driven validation Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets and working with curated data and semantic models Experience with data preparation, validation
- applying standard data models, with awareness of data quality and governance practices Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx to build dashboards, reports
- actionable visualizations Demonstrated ability to identify trends, anomalies
- insights that drive business or technology outcomes Experience contributing to executive-ready deliverables, clearly communicating insights, assumptions
