Position Summary This role is an individual contributor people‑leader equivalent responsible for technical delivery, solution design, and execution oversight without direct people management
What You Will Do
- Partners closely with product, architecture, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and compliant application delivery.
- Work with fast paced delivery teams to execute on timelines.
- Work closely with leader to communicate progress and challenges Drive modernization initiatives and roll up your sleeves in design and code reviews Required Qualifications 5+ years of application development experience in enterprise environments including: Lead end to end complex technical deliveries Act as primary technical liaison across Product, Analytics, QA and DevOps Own risk identification, mitigation
- escalation Partner with Enterprise/Platform Architecture to align solutions to standards Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security
- integration standards Drive modernization initiatives (framework upgrades, cloud migration, refactoring) Hands‑on expertise in modern application development (Java/Spring, APIs, Angular) Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical deliveries Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, security
- production support Experience handling projects in Agile environment Ensure SDLC, security scans, audit
- regulatory requirements are met Support/track roadmap execution and dependency management Ability to bridge the gap between technical & non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Exposure to cloud-based platforms is highly preferred (i.e.
- OCP, GCP), Kubernetes specifically from a software development perspective Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
- Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $166,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
