Join us and be part of our inspiring journey The Manager, Data Analytics will analyze large internal & external datasets to uncover insights that help shape and influence the THV business unit strategy. Role is onsite (4 days office, 1 remote) based out of the Edwards Corporate Campus location in Irvine, CA.
How you’ll make an impact: Interpret large clinical datasets and data models to design and build solutions that solve key business challenges. Lead the design, development, deployment and on-going improvement of data products created from clinical and claims datasets.
Drive insight generation regarding patient pathway and outcomes. Craft and shape the strategic narrative and supporting datasets for Quarterly Business Reviews to deliver clear, data-driven insights directly to the executive leadership team.
Analyze complex clinical data to improve business operations & to influence business unit strategy. Collaborate with internal data teams to build clear, user-friendly business dashboards that turn operational metrics into easy-to-understand insights.
Other incidental duties. What you’ll need (required): Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edward’s criteria required Minimum 8 years’ relative experience in data analysis and business intelligence Master's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria plus minimum 6 years’ experience preferred What else we look for (preferred): Experience in Med Tech, Medical Device (or adjacent industry) commercial analytics preferred Hands-on technical expertise and familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and Excel Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute work effectively.
Advanced understanding of quantitative methodologies, techniques, and tools used to build best-in-class analytic solutions. Experience with relational database systems. Ability to develop and support compliance processes and procedures. Excellent documentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive progress toward objectives.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate level of management. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000 (highly experienced).
