Business Aligned Finance Analyst

In This Role, You Will

• Lead financial analysis and performance advisory initiatives for the CIB-CRE line of business Partner with the broader finance team on capital allocation strategies, including loan and deposit growth, expense management
• RWA optimization Develop forward-looking financial plans, forecasts
• strategic recommendations Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior business executives Create and deliver executive-level presentations for weekly reporting, monthly business reviews
• quarterly earnings preparation Drive and implement finance-related strategic initiatives across the organization Partner cross-functionally with CIB Finance, Investor Relations, Credit
• line-of-business teams to address key priorities and resolve complex issues Build strong relationships with CRE leadership to act as a trusted advisor Required Qualifications 2+ years of Finance experience
• equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Experience in corporate or investment banking disciplines, including CRE industry experience High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial systems (e.g., Essbase) and emerging AI technologies (CoPilot) Strong communication and presentation skills including communicating in a confident and succinct manner Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule from our Charlotte, NC location (550 S.
