Job Title: Identity Intelligence/Targeting Analyst - Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular-Rotational Traveler Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI has openings for Identity Intelligence ( I2 ) /Network Targeting Analysts in Charlottesville, VA.
In this position you will support the Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) program, at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). As a vital member of the I2AS team, you will provide rotational, deployed, embedded, and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements.
You will assist in developing products that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. ***********6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required******** Responsibilities: You will be responsible for conducting all-source Identity Intelligence-focused targeting analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers.
You will develop target packages to support network analysis in order to identify targets for lethal and / or non-lethal engagements. You will also research and analyze to exploit key data sources such as operational traffic and all source intelligence databases to support target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
You will need knowledge of the intelligence cycle, F3EAD and other analytical methodologies to support the research, discovery, and analysis of key individuals and networks as well as an understanding of the targeting process, enterprise, and analytical tradecraft.
You will provide analytical products that will provide decision makers with the appropriate information for target prioritization to achieve their objectives for plans and operations
Qualifications
- Required: Active TS/SCI clearance Minimum of 6 years AND a degree ( 10 years without) including intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or DoD joint service equivalent An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting Familiarity with ICD standards for intelligence production and the ability to prepare target support products.
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle
