- As the Quality & Benchmarking Specialist, you will support the development and execution of quality systems for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME). You will assist field teams in building decision-making tools for site managers, evaluate Fulfillment Center RME performance data
- help implement best practices to improve reliability metrics. You will contribute to driving Amazon RME towards World Class Maintenance. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: You will develop and maintain parts cage quality standards by tracking quality data, monitoring vendor defect rates
- executing standard work processes for parts quality management You will build risk-based forecasting tools that help site maintenance leaders prioritize work based on asset failure probability and support central reliability teams in developing tracking automation for audit mechanisms You will execute RME standard work procedures for maintenance quality, timing
- structure across assigned sites
- conducting regular field audits to measure performance against best practices You will drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using AMS Standards and support the validation of Program Management (PM) processes that meet safety and effectiveness standards You will be able to travel domestically up to 80%
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights
- holidays - 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience - 3+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects experience - 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technology
- Reliability Engineering
- 2+ years of Amazon (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders
