Learn more at www.lowes.co.in Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Analytics to join our Business Analytics team.

The team consists of business intelligence and digital consulting professionals focused on customer analytics and e-commerce insights that help enhance the customer experience on Lowes.com . In this role, you will leverage data analytics, digital analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools to uncover actionable insights, optimize customer journeys, and support strategic business decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze customer behavior, identify business opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements that contribute to online revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Collect, extract, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and category strategies.

Develop meaningful insights by analyzing customer behavior, product preferences, and digital engagement metrics. Build dashboards and reports to monitor key business and website performance indicators. Generate daily, weekly, and event-based reports for stakeholders.

Perform site audits (search, browse, and navigation analysis) to improve customer experience. Conduct research to identify market trends, customer opportunities, and business improvement areas. Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to identify patterns and generate actionable recommendations.

Translate analytical findings into business recommendations for cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to support short-term and long-term category strategies. Utilize digital analytics tools to evaluate website performance and improve the online shopping experience.

Support the Global Navigation practice by identifying optimization opportunities through data-driven insights. Required Skills Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel SQ Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau or equivalent) Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics Functional Skills Data Analysis and Insight Generation Business & Customer Analytics Retail/E-commerce Domain Knowledge Digital Analytics Market & Opportunity Research Dashboard Creation and Reporting Soft Skills Strong Communication Skills Analytical Thinking Problem Solving Stakeholder Management Business Acumen Awareness of Digital & Retail Industry Trends Experience 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, E-commerce Analytics, or related domains.

Education Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
