Marketing Analyst

Build our future together: The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing (Dermatology), will play a key role in shaping and executing Dermatology consumer marketing strategy within an evolving healthcare and media landscape. This individual will lead integrated DTC marketing initiatives across strategy, creative development, media, digital experiences, CRM, and performance optimization to drive patient education, engagement, and brand growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, digitally savvy pharmaceutical marketer with strong consumer marketing experience, a passion for innovation, and a continuous learning mindset. They should be comfortable navigating emerging trends, evolving consumer discovery behaviors, and changing digital ecosystems while delivering measurable results.

When & where: Work Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY Hybrid; 4 days per week on site Must be willing to travel up to 15% (including weekend travel as needed) Discover your role: Support development and execution of integrated dermatology consumer marketing strategies that support brand objectives and drive patient engagement Own key DTC channels and experiences across social, search, audio, influencer, websites, CRM, online video, programmatic media, emerging digital platforms, etc.

Support strategic and creative development of consumer campaigns and ensure effective execution across channels Partner with media agency to develop, optimize, and measure omnichannel media investments across digital and traditional channels Leverage patient insights, analytics, market research, and business performance data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization Support website and content strategy, ensuring consumer experiences remain relevant, discoverable, and optimized across evolving search and AI-driven information environments Support CRM strategy and customer engagement efforts to improve personalization and strengthen consumer engagement Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies, platforms, and capabilities that enhance patient engagement and business performance Support management of agency partners and budgets while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns Collaborate with HCP Marketing, Market Research, Patient Services, Analytics, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Alliance teams to create a seamless consumer experience Ensure all materials and programs meet corporate, regulatory, legal, and compliance standards Demonstrated competency in multiple aspects of consumer marketing efforts: Proven consumer marketing experience, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance optimization Strong digital marketing expertise across websites, search, social, CRM, programmatic, video, and emerging consumer channels; demonstrated competency in DTC media strategy and planning Demonstrated ability to translate data, analytics, and customer insights into actionable business recommendations Understanding of evolving digital consumer behaviors, changing discovery pathways, and emerging marketing technologies Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

Experience managing agencies, cross-functional teams, and complex projects Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for delivering innovative consumer experiences This role requires: 8+ years of "progressive" industry or relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related/relevant professional experience Dermatology/Immunology experience a plus Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus Alliance/co-promote experience is a plus Does this sound like you?
