Job Summary: The Lead Analyst is a key member of LMN Reporting and Insights team who owns responsibility for delivering end-of-campaign recaps, leveraging deep category knowledge and digital media expertise to enhance the insights in our reporting deliverables.

Accountable for translating data into compelling media and consumer stories that highlight successes and key learnings from media campaigns of each brand. Proficiency in presenting and speaking to these insights in a client-facing setting. Need to collaborate with various stakeholders across Business (Media Planning, Ad Ops, Creative) and Tech teams to execute new ideas/initiatives to improve insight generation and process optimization.

Also need to have aptitude towards helping and mentoring analysts and senior analysts within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Lead the team across scoping of requests, creating analysis, troubleshooting issues, storyboarding, communicating with the partners/stakeholders, and keeping the team updated with knowledge of internal data and working knowledge of tools.

Drive the environment of Efficient data pull from our reporting dashboards and conduct quality analysis to identify any irregularities, issues, or missing data. Steer the reporting priorities and support analysts in generating client-facing reports by performing complex data analysis and creating detailed reports by ensuring 100% data accuracy.

Integrate media and consumer insights to enrich campaign recaps. Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders, leveraging internal data knowledge and tool proficiency. Ownership of deliverables, not only for self but for mentees. Collaborate with various stakeholders across Business (Media Planning, Ad Ops, Creative) and Tech teams to execute new ideas/initiatives to improve insight generation for campaign recaps.

Take additional responsibilities/captainship for future development towards accuracy, efficiency and productivity. Create visibility for the team among partners and stakeholders and mentor newer/junior members of the team. Mentor newer/junior members of the team.

Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Years Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's in engineering, OR Master's in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, OR MBA Finance, Marketing, Analytics etc. Skill Set Required Primary Skills (Must Haves) Key Skills: Storytelling & Insight generation from a raw data, SQL, Advance Excel, Campaign and Media Insights Curiosity and desire to understand and uncover the “why” behind the results.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. Problem Solving - Understanding how to uncover hidden insights, approach any potential issues with the data, along with a basic understanding of simple data troubleshooting.

Analytical skills - Ability to pull data and translate valuable consumer and media insights. Familiarity with big-data, and ability to query/run models- SQL & GCP. Effective Communication - Ability to present campaign results to clients in a way that is understandable to audiences of all levels of analytical sophistication.

Building Relation - Setting realistic expectations, be dependable for the partners; build confidence and trust with respect to timeliness Leadership qualities – Mentoring analysts and senior analysts of the team. Helping managers to understand the needs for team.

Secondary Skills (Required) Familiarity with Media data, especially retail media - Basic understanding of media metrics, along with closed-loop measurement solutions.
