Job Title Contract Strategy- Corporate Accounts (Colorado Springs) Job Description Contracts Specialist – Corporate Accounts (Colorado Springs) The Contracts Specialist – Corporate Accounts leads the negotiation and management of complex sales contracts, partnering with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk, optimize contract performance, and ensure alignment with business, financial, and legal objectives.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving best practices and strategic decision-making throughout the contract lifecycle. Your role: Lead end‑to‑end contract management for highly complex sales agreements, ensuring all obligations are met and fully aligned with organizational, financial, and legal requirements.
Provides expert advice and strategic insights to senior management and other internal stakeholders on contractual matters, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Enhance and optimize contract management processes, implementing best practices, improving systems, and strengthening operational efficiency and risk controls. You're the right fit if: Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in areas such as Healthcare Consulting, Clinical Education and Training, MRI Clinical Practice, Pediatric MRI, or equivalent; Experience working in pediatric MRI departments, children’s hospitals, or academic medical centers.
Familiarity with pediatric sedation workflows, anesthesia coordination, and family-centered care models. Bachelors Degree in addition to 5+ years of experience in contract strategy, national accounts, pricing, or commercial operations within healthcare, med‑tech, pharma, or a similarly complex industry. (MBA Preferred) Expert‑level negotiation skills, with a track record of leading high‑value, multi‑stakeholder contract discussions.
Advanced data analytics capabilities, including proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and large‑scale data interpretation. Deep experience with GPOs and IDNs, including contract structures, compliance requirements, and pricing methodologies.
Extensive RFI/RFP management experience, ideally for enterprise‑level customers or national accounts. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in (CO) is $95,000-115,000k The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
