- support our next-generation supply chain planning (SCP) systems built on the Kinaxis platform. You will help scale these systems to handle thousands of parts for procurement, planning
- manufacturing across Amazon Robotics' global operations. As an ITAppDev Engineer, you will design, configure, integrate, troubleshoot
- optimize automation solutions within the Kinaxis platform, collaborating with internal and external engineering partners to deliver reliable, high-performance supply chain capabilities. Creating reliable, scalable

Key job responsibilities - Configure and customize the Kinaxis platform to meet the specific requirements of Amazon Robotics' supply chain and operations - Develop and implement Kinaxis workflows, business rules
- integrations to automate and optimize supply chain processes - Collaborate with the Kinaxis development team to extend the platform's capabilities through custom applications and extensions to drive continuous enhancements and optimizations - Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure successful Kinaxis implementations and upgrades - Monitor Kinaxis platform performance, identify areas for improvement
- implement optimization strategies to enhance system responsiveness, scalability
- reliability - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kinaxis functionality, integrations
- data processing - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis solutions - Provide training and support to end-users on the Kinaxis platform, including functionality, workflows

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- a related field - 1+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning platforms or applications in digital space - 1+ years of supply chain management, production planning, capacity planning or manufacturing operations experience
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling - Experience working with networks, IT infrastructure
- system integration - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail
