The team works upstream with partners to align on brief expectations, campaign strategy, timelines and kickoff processes, while also driving consistency in creative standards, templates, governance and repository hygiene. Across recurring Enterprise email and campaign work, the team balances speed, clarity and collaboration to keep programs moving efficiently, support evolving business needs and deliver creative that is aligned to brand playbooks, audience strategy and enterprise priorities.
Job Summary: The Lead Creative Producer is responsible for overseeing creative workflows, end-to-end campaign orchestration from brief to execution, and ensuring the timely categorization and uploading of creative assets. This role serves as a subject matter expert in creative operations and the primary point of contact for Producers, Senior Producers, and key stakeholders.
In addition to leading high-visibility, high-impact campaigns - including Tier 1 tentpole events - this role takes ownership of entire bodies of work within the creative operations workspace. The Lead Creative Producer also plays a key role in defining and implementing new processes and establishing best ways of working to improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across teams.
With a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, the Lead Creative Producer partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Creative Project Management: Plans campaigns, manages timelines, and oversees resources for large-scale projects.
Ensures all work aligns with brand strategy and creative briefs, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver against objectives. The Lead Creative Producer is responsible for overseeing creative workflows, end-to-end campaign orchestration from brief to execution, and ensuring the timely categorization and uploading of creative assets Ensures collaboration with channel partners for alignment of creative delivered through different mediums to the customer (banner, radio, tv, etc.) Collaborates with Creative Services, Merchandise Marketing, Category & Brand teams and Media to maintain consistency and ingenuity in messaging that positively impacts customer engagement, brand loyalty, and ultimately drives traffic to the store and/or to digital platforms.
Translates strategy and project intent to creative teams and serves as a communication bridge between Marketing and creative/tactical resources. Works with capacity and portfolio planning to assess and monitor bandwidth and agency resources to ensure viability and feasibility of projects.
Identifies emerging issues or concerns that could impact projects and recommends potential solutions/improvements for current project. Then documents these improvements to prevent repeat of issues in future project execution. Serves as escalation point for Creative Producers for project issues, risks, changes, etc. to provide support and resolution in a timely fashion.
Develops creative solutions from working on a breadth of projects by finding new synergies across projects to increase efficiency, cost effectiveness, and value to the organization. Years of Experience: 8+ years' experience with 2+ year of team mentorship preferred Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors/Master's Degree in Marketing, Broadcast, Communications, Content, or Digital Marketing Skill Set Required Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Key Skills: Team Mentorship, Creative Project Management (end-to-end campaign orchestration from creative brief through execution, including timely categorization and upload of creative assets), Work Allocation and Capacity Management, Process Improvement and Optimization, Excellent Communication, and Global Stakeholder Management.
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on creative projects within a marketing or retail environment. Demonstrated understanding of Marketing and connection to broader enterprise functions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated self-starter and the ability to gauge the impact of technology and AI. Secondary Skills (desired) Experience in a retail/home improvement environment Agile project management methodologies (scrum, sprint, etc.) Working knowledge of AEM, Adobe Workfront as a project Management tool.
