- regularly produce clear and concise summaries for the projects you own to your leadership/management team. Excel at developing good working relationships with vendors, engineers, managers
- peers. Participate in design reviews and support execution efforts between internal teams and outside vendors including equipment specifications, material flow, process design
- site layout. Efficiently manage budget documents, change order controls, purchase orders
- invoicing. Build strong working relationships with FC/SC leadership and their operations teams across multiple sites as well as their Launch, Facilities, Finance, Safety, Process Engineers
- other business stakeholders. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in support of operations teams within a geographic node. This is a travel-based role, Applicant will be expected to travel to meet the requirements of their projects across North America, upwards of 75% or more. Project durations vary from a few days to several months, with travel across the US and could require some international work. - Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered, or as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: 1) managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects
- 2) implementing automated equipment or integrated systems
- and 3) using CAD software including AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360.
