Senior Manager – SSIM Finance (Index Licensing Fee & Systematic Equity FP&A) Index Licensing Fee Process Drive end-to-end streamlining of Index Licensing Fee activities across Institutional business lines. Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and scalability.
Lead cross-training initiatives to strengthen team capability, enhance redundancy, and improve understanding of interdependent processes. Own BAU deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality managerial reporting. Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and digitalization opportunities to improve efficiency and control.
Ensure timely completion of Archer control certifications in line with governance requirements. Oversee monthly Swing List updates for Variable Market Data expenses. Maintain robust process documentation and ensure effective implementation of control frameworks.
Perform detailed analysis and deliver insights, including executive-ready presentations, to support Bloomberg negotiations on ABF for Fixed Income portfolios. Systematic Equity FP&A Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely clearance of aged items.
Lead preparation and delivery of QBR updates for Systematic Equity within the IM LOB. Manage and report monthly headcount metrics to CIO stakeholders. Ensure adherence to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting timelines, strengthening IM Finance’s credibility with key stakeholders (Center Finance, Corporate Finance, IM Leadership).
Promote accountability and transparency across financial processes and deliverables. Partner with GA Finance leadership to support revenue growth and market share expansion through actionable MIS, analytics, and insights. Engage regularly with business leaders to understand operational drivers and align financial metrics with performance scorecards.
Transition QBR reporting toward an OKR-driven framework, embedding strategic alignment and performance tracking. Deliver against SLAs with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and quality. Develop and enhance IM forecasting models, targeting ≤2% variance against monthly P&L forecasts.
Strengthen process ownership to streamline reviews and reduce leadership review cycles. Leverage and enhance Tableau dashboards to improve reporting effectiveness and decision-making insights. Conduct deep-dive analysis of market data spend across IM, driving improvements in inventory tracking, cost allocation, and accountability.
