In This Role, You Will
- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational
- customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area Assist staff, managers
- colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues
- managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures
- compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 2+ years of operations support experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with Hogan RPM and MaxAAR mainframe systems Familiarity with Treasury Management Products and Services Strong Understanding of complex Microsoft Excel functions Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities Excellent verbal, written
- interpersonal communication skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications
- utilize search tools to find information Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated Job Expectations: Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office ( location: 600 S 4th St, MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55415, United States of America) This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
- Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
- Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
